Cancellation and Refund

Certain items are ineligible for return. Given that a Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) is an irrevocable and intangible product designated for a specific individual or company, we do not provide refunds once the order has been approved by certifying authority. There will be no cancellation allowed after approval of DSC. 

🔵Refunds are available, with the exception of payment gateway charges, under the following circumstances:

1 ) If a client fails to submit the required documents or encounters difficulty in successfully completing the email, mobile number, and video verifications necessary for our services.
2 ) In the rare scenario of non-delivery of the product after receiving approval from the certifying authority within a maximum period of 10 days. For your information, our standard delivery time is typically within a maximum of 2 days across India (Bharat) except North-East region.
In the first scenario, (1), we commit to initiating the refund process within 2 days from the date of order placement, upon receiving confirmation from the applicant. Regarding the second scenario, (2), we undertake to initiate the refund on the 10th day from the order placement date, subsequent to obtaining confirmation from our courier partner. It’s important to note that we have not encountered this uncommon situation thus far, as we maintain regular communication with our courier partners and provide timely updates to our clients. For added convenience, we offer applicants the option to select their preferred courier partner, IndiaPost, DTDC, or BlueDart. This flexibility enables us to facilitate next-day deliveries if required, We offer free standard delivery for all orders, however, express delivery cannot be provided at no cost. The fees for express delivery are determined by the policies of the selected courier partner, and applicants are required to pay these charges separately.

Replacement

Should the delivered product arrive in a damaged condition, we are committed to replacing it with a new unit. To initiate the replacement process, kindly submit your request within 3 days from the date of product arrival. The customer is responsible for covering the courier charges associated with returning the damaged item to our office.

It is imperative to return the same series of pendrive that was initially dispatched to you. Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will promptly send you an email confirming the successful reception of the item. Subsequently, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund after the inspection process.
Shipping costs are non-refundable
